Joe Biden has signed the first major piece of legislation of his presidency - the $1.9 trillion stimulus plan to support American businesses and households through the pandemic. It includes the extension of unemployment benefits - which had been due to expire this weekend - as well as funding for vaccines and schools. Also in the show - the UK gives businesses more time to adapt to post-Brexit customs checks, and French shift workers say the curfew restrictions discriminate against those who don't work daytime hours.
