Coronavirus pandemic: Will proposed EU vaccine 'pass' bring back travel?

From digital certificates to 'health passports', countries across the globe are hoping to relaunch travel by letting people prove their Covid-free status. The European Union unveiled a plan Wednesday to set up a travel certificate to help restore freedom of movement within the bloc for citizens inoculated against the coronavirus. Didier Reynders, European Commissioner for Justice, talks to FRANCE 24 about this 'green certificate.'
