As 2020 comes crashing to an end, the Pantone Color Institute has announced the color of the year for 2021. The announcement celebrates the annual task of forecasting the color that will best reflect the year ahead. According to CNN, in a decision befitting a complex time, the color authority has revealed not one, but two hues. for 2021. Ultimate Gray and Illuminating Yellow are the colors we can all look forward to seeing everywhere next year. It's the first time an achromatic shade has been selected, and the second time two colors have been chosen. The Pantone Color Institute standardizes color swatches for the design industry.
