Coronavirus pandemic: Negative test needed to enter Berlin shops

Before entering a non-essential store, a hairdresser or a museum, Berliners must present a negative test. This measure, which came into force at the beginning of April, is not going down well: the number of visitors to shops and their sales have collapsed.
