Cultural venues reopen in Portugal as the country enters second phase of de-escalation plan


Lisbon, Apr 10 (EFE), (Camera: Andrea Caballero).- Portugal has already entered the second phase of its de-escalation plan towards normality. Bars and restaurants terraces, shops, gyms and cultural spaces have reopened to the public. Although Portugal shows a very low Covid-19 death rate, the country does not forget the third wave, when it would record over 300 daily deaths in a population of ten million people.
