Elections in Peru had a fair result according to government official

Description

Lima, Apr 16 (EFE), (Camera: Mikhail Huacan).- The president of the Council of Ministers of Peru, Violeta Bermúdez, assures that the general elections yielded a "fair result", although "a large part of the population" is not happy. TRANSLATION: I BELIEVE WE HELD CLEAN AND TRANSPARENT ELECTIONS. THERE IS A FAIR RESULT, REGARDLESS OF THE FACT THAT VOTERS MIGHT LIKE IT OR NOT. WE HAD 18 CANDIDATES FOR THE ELECTION, IT'S NATURAL AND REASONABLE THAT THE FOLLOWERS OF 16 CANDIDATES AREN'T CONTENT WITH THE RESULT. THAT'S WHAT HAPPENS IN ELECTIONS.
