Grass jelly is known as 'cincau' in Indonesian and is made by boiling the stalks and leaves of Mesona chinensis, usually consumed with sugar water, syrup, coconut milk, and ice. Cincau is a prefered desert for breaking fast during Ramadan in Indonesia.
