Continental leaders gather at a meeting of the African Union in Addis Ababa to discuss the disputed election in the DR Congo. The DR Congo election commission declared opposition leader Felix Tshisekedi the winner last Thursday. But a different opposition candidate, Martin Fayulu, has appealed the result, saying it was an "electoral coup" forged in backroom dealings between Tshisekedi and outgoing President Joseph Kabila.
