Moldova wine tourism struggles to survive pandemic restrictions

In the cellars of the renouned Cricova winery in Moldova, just a handful of visitors inspect the wine bottles and take selfies. This legendary winery used to welcome one hundred thousand visitors each year, but now wine tourism, the landmark of this former Soviet republic, has been hit hard by the restrictions imposed due to the coronavirus pandemic.
