Kitchen revolution in Berlin clinic helps relieve Covid stress

Description

For patients and staff at the Bad Belzig Clinic, lunch has become a special part of the day. Since the autumn of 2020, frozen dishes have been replaced by head chef Peter Frühsammer's finely prepared recipes. Frühsammer, who has worked in several Michelin-starred restaurants, says it's a 'great responsibility' to feed the hospital staff, the 'heroes' who have been working tirelessly since the beginning of the Covid-19 pandemic.
