Tehran, Feb 1 (EFE) .- (Camera: Artemis Razmipour) Iran affirmed on Monday that the United States cannot just go back to the 2015 nuclear agreement, but must first compensate for the damage caused by the previous administration and eliminate penalties.FOOTAGE OF A PRESS CONFERENCE.SOUNDBITES OF SAID JATIBZADEH, SPOKESMAN OF THE FOREIGN MINISTRY.Translation: "We have made it very clear that bilateral negotiations with the US are not necessary and we will not have them on this issue.
