Covid strands 1,000 Cuban, Haitian migrants in Colombia

Description

A thousand migrants, mostly from Cuba and Haiti, are left stranded in Colombia after Panama closed its borders due to the spread of the coronavirus. The migrants had planned to cross the Gulf of Uraba to reach the United States by the Caribbean, with stops in Central America.
