Barcelona (Spain) Dec 21 (EFE).- New coronavirus restrictions imposed by the Catalan regional government came into force in Catalonia on Monday.Hotels and restaurant are allowed to remain open with their capacity limited to 30% and a maximum of four people per table unless they are from the same family unit.FOOTAGE OF BARS AND RESTAURANTS IN BARCELONA ON MONDAY.
