The British authorities have increased navy and air surveillance in the area as more than 1,000 migrants have arrived on Britain's shores in the last 10 days after crossing the Channel in small boats. Surveillance video released by the Phoenix Police Department on Wednesday, shows the moment three police officers were struck by a car outside a Quik Trip gas station around 2 AM local time in Phoenix on Tuesday.
