New Delhi poultry market shut amid bird flu fears

New Delhi, Jan 11 (EFE/EPA).- New Delhi's Ghazipur wholesale poultry market remained closed on Monday as a preventive measure to stop the spread of bird flu in the Indian capital. Bird Flu cases have been reported in the states of Himachal Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan and Kerala across India and nearly 25,000 birds have died due to the outbreak.
