German relief as homegrown vaccine finally approved for EU rollout

In Germany, regional authorities will be tasked with administering the vaccine, with frontline workers and elderly workers first in line. FRANCE 24 correspondent Nick Spicer says there was some surprise the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine, developed in Germany, had been rolled out in the US and UK ahead of Europe.
