Associates at the Marysville Auto Plant (MAP) today heralded the return of the iconic Integra to the Acura lineup with the start of mass production of the next-generation 2023 Acura Integra sport compact. Honda has built Acura models in America since 1995, but this is the first time the Integra has been built in the U.S.With the addition of the Integra, the Acura lineup currently features five distinct models – also including the TLX sport sedan, the RDX and MDX sport-utility vehicles, and the electrified NSX Type S, all built in Ohio. The 2023 Integra returns one of the brand's most iconic nameplates to the Acura lineup, delivering a premium, exhilarating driving experience and a sleek liftback design to a new generation of enthusiast drivers. A premium sport compact inspired by the fun-to-drive spirit of previous Integras, the 2023 model will arrive at dealers beginning in early June with a starting price of $30,800, to become the new performance gateway of the Acura brand.
The Toyota bZ4X is a crossover in its purest form: robust SUV elements meet sporty, elegant lines and innovative, technical details. The front section dispenses with the radiator grille that is common in conventionally powered vehicles. The “face” framed by narrow headlights and aero elements is the hallmark of all new battery-electric Toyota vehicles, and it conveys strength and presence. The side view defines a dynamic profile. The lower bonnet merges into slim A-pillars. The Toyota bZ4X is 85 millimeters thinner than its compact SUV sister model RAV4 Hybrid, but has shorter overhangs and a 160 millimeter longer wheelbase. In conjunction with the low center of gravity, which also results from the new platform, the dimensions give the Stromer a healthy dose of sportiness. The turning radius of 5.70 meters also testifies to the agility and maneuverability of the vehicle.Nevertheless, the bZ4X is a real SUV: up to 20-inch tires in flared wheel arches and distinctive rocker panels underline the off-road character. The rear with the eye-catching taillights and the precisely angled rear window emphasize the width of the vehicle.
Acura gave the world its first look at the highly-anticipated new Integra, signaling the return of the celebrated nameplate to the Acura lineup. Finished in striking Indy Yellow Pearl paint borrowed from NSX, the Inntegra Prototype is a strong indication of the exterior design of the all-new 2023 Acura Integra, which will be priced around $30,000 when it arrives at Acura dealers next year.Inspired by past Integras, including the original that helped launch the Acura brand in 1986, the 2023 Integra will become the new gateway performance model in the Acura lineup, a premium sport compact with an evocative five-door design and fun-to-drive spirit. The first-ever factory-turbocharged Integra will excite a new generation of enthusiast drivers with an available six-speed manual transmission, limited slip differential and high-output 1.5-liter engine, with VTEC of course.Designed in Japan, the new Integra's bold exterior styling features a dramatically sloping roofline and liftback tailgate, giving it a distinct coupe-like road presence. A modern interpretation of the Integra line, the fifth-generation model displays trademark cues such as the embossed Integra name under the driver's side headlight and passenger's side taillight.
