UK PM Johnson offers 'full apology' after Partygate scandal fine

British Prime Minister Boris Johnson offered a "full apology" Tuesday after being fined over illegal lockdown-busting parties that came to be known as "Partygate" and sparked calls for his resignation. "Let me say immediately that I've paid the fine and I once again offer a full apology," Johnson said during televised remarks.
