Ukraine: Kyiv mayor says nearly two-thirds of residents have returned

The mayor of the Ukrainian capital Kyiv said Tuesday that nearly two-thirds of the capital's residents had returned after a massive exodus following Russia's invasion of Ukraine in late February. FRANCE 24's Gulliver Cragg gives us the latest news from Kyiv.
