EXCLUSIVE: Kharkiv residents desperate for a normal life after Russian troops withdrawal

Description

Two months ago, Russian forces were closing in on Ukraine’s second city, Kharkiv - threatening to encircle it. But Ukrainian troops have managed to push Russian forces back. Now, the frontline has moved further north and east…and strikes hit the city itself less often. But Russian bombardments are still a threat. One person was killed in a northern suburb on Thursday. And the air-raid sirens ring out every day. Our reporters Nadia Massih, Raid Abu Zaideh and Bastien Renouil have visited the city for France24 - where they found residents desperate for a normal life, but for many that dream is still far away.
