The only EXCEPTIONS to this prohibition are showing photos, making factual announcements, or permissible three-minute individual clips that can be used every half-hour until the embargo ends. Los Angeles (US), Feb 9 (EFE) .- The rain falling Sunday in Los Angeles (US) overshadowed the countdown to the 92nd edition of the Oscars, to be held in the Californian city as of 17.00 (1.00 GMT on Monday).
