Residents of the besieged town of Debaltseve in eastern Ukraine are taken to safety by convoys of buses but some 3,000 people are reportedly staying behind. Mana Rabiee reports.
At least 4700 people have been killed and more than 10 000 have been wounded in the conflict-affected areas of eastern Ukraine. Sergey is one of the survivers.
Ukrainian president Volodymyr Zelensky and Polish Prime minister Mateusz Morawiecki visit a Kyiv hospitals where wounded Ukrainian soldiers are being treated. Volodymyr Zelensky is also seen giving medals and decorations to the combatants and the hospital staff. IMAGES
