Mariupol: Putin says Russia captured city, no Ukrainian confirmation

Description

Around 200 people were waiting to evacuate from the besieged Ukrainian city of Mariupol on Thursday (April 21) but no buses had arrived as of mid-afternoon, mayor Vadym Boichenko said at a press briefing. FRANCE 24's Catherine Norris-Trent tells us more.
