In tonight's edition:  In an historic call to action a dozen international oganisations urge countries to do more to support the thousands of vulnerable people who head out on migration routes each year. Nigeria is hit hard by a fuel crisis despite being Africa's biggest oil producer and oyster farmers in Senegal race against time to preserve their mangroves.

We will have to scavenge for wild vegetables or beg," Chin's wife Dawt Hnem, 40, told EFE.Her husband and many of the menfolk, who have taken refuge in Thingsai village of the northeastern Indian state of Mizoram, had gone to Fungkah village in Myanmar.
