Hong Kong couples spend Valentine's Day under heavy Covid restrictions

Hong Kong people try to celebrate Valentine’s Day under heavy Covid-19 restrictions as the city is struggling to test its citizens for the coronavirus. Strict restrictions are in place, including the closure of restaurants in the evening, forcing many couples to have a picnic on the streets as their Valentine's Day dinner.
