Typhoon In-Fa inundates coastal Chinese city


Typhoon In-Fa lashes eastern China with high winds and heavy rain as other parts of the country are still cleaning up following historic flooding. In the city centre of Ningbo, pedestrians walk in knee-high water while first responders defend the city against further flooding with sandbags.
