In Benoit Demeulemeester's garden people can soak in ice and relieve their tensions with breathing techniques.The Swiss trainer has created "CoolOutBreathIn" (cool off and breathe, in English) and offers workshops in his garden and sometimes in the desert of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) to teach how to control heat, with breathing and ice baths.FOOTAGE OF THE GARDEN AND ICE BATH.
