China welcomes 'end of anarchy' with new interim Afghanistan govt

Description

Beijing says it welcomes the end of "three weeks of anarchy" in Afghanistan with the establishment of a new interim government in Kabul, labelling it a necessary step to rebuilding the country. It also defended the government's recent regulatory moves, saying they were aimed at promoting "the fair, orderly and sustainable growth and development of China's economy".
