South African Airways resumes flights after bankruptcy

Cape Town (South Africa), Sep 23 (EFE / EPA) .- (Camera: Nic Bothma) South African Airways airline resumed its flights after the bankruptcy it suffered in March 2020. The South African government rescued the airline with more of 426 million euros and restructured its debt once the company emerged from bankruptcy after cutting hundreds of jobs and selling a 51 percent stake of its business to the Takatso Consortium investor group.FOOTAGE OF THE FIRST FLIGHTS OF THE SOUTH AFRICAN AIRWAYS AIRLINE AT THE CAPE TOWN INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT AFTER THE BANKRUPTCY PROCESSES IT UNDERTAKEN IN MARCH 2020.
