Ribeira (Spain), Aug 14 (EFE) .- Spanish athlete Ana Peleteiro celebrated on Saturday with her "family", in the Plaza de España of the Coruña municipality of Ribeira, the historic bronze that she won in the triple jump in the Olympic Games Tokyo 2020.FOOTAGE OF THE CELEBRATION.
US figure skater Mirai Nagasu talked about becoming the first woman from the US and only the 3rd ever to land a Triple Axel at the Winter Olympics in a press conference in Pyeongchang on Sunday. 24-year-old Nagasu landed the rare jump on February 11 during the figure skating team competition , lifting Team USA to bronze. The triple axel is a forward-facing jump with three and a half rotations.
