Kashmir Golf Club trains students from government schools

Srinagar, Jul 14 (EFE/EPA).- School girls from Kashmir attended Wednesday a golf training session at the Kashmir Golf Club in Srinagar.This is the first time girls from government-run schools have been given the opportunity to join golf training camps in Kashmir.Golf was considered a game for the elite and has largely been male dominated in India. Built in 1887 by the British, the Kashmir Golf Club is the oldest golf course of Kashmir.
