Moscow (Russia), September 10 (EFE / EPA) .- (Image: Sergei Ilnitsky) Moscow celebrates a farewell ceremony to the late Russian Emergencies Minister Yevgeny Zinichev, who tragically died on September 8 while saving the life of one person during exercises, reported the Ministry of Emergencies.FOOTAGE OF THE TRIBUTE TO THE RUSSIAN MINISTER OF EMERGENCIES IN THE NATIONAL CENTER FOR CRISIS MANAGEMENT OF THE MINISTRY OF CIVIL DEFENSE OF RUSSIA.
