Brussels, Sep 23 (EFE), (Camera: Leopoldo Rodríguez).- The Spanish embassy in Belgium inaugurated Wednesday a mural called "Butterfly Effect" by the Spanish artists Olimpia Velasco and Esther Pizarro.The work aims to raise awareness against climate change.The mural is part of a joint initiative between the Brussels City Council and the Spanish embassy.FOOTAGE OF THE PRESENTATION.SOUNDBITES OF OLIMPIA VELASCO, ARTIST:"The mural is called the Butterfly Effect. It talks about the fact that small actions in a specific part can become in great changes or having consequences in another part of the world. ""We wanted to highlight the idea of the tree since it gives the city the 'green' part. It integrates the city into nature. Then we have the woman, who represents the human being, in a bid to continue fighting so that women have the same rights and freedoms as men, which is something that we haven't achieved yet. The woman enters the tree to connect with nature to create that connection between human beings and nature under the idea that returning to nature is also returning home."
