Ukraine rejects any "guarantee" sought by Russia to ease tensions on the border, Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba tells AFP. "I insist that it’s Russia who has to guarantee that it will not continue its agression against any country," adds Kuleba. SOUNDBITE

Swedish Defence Minister Pal Jonson says the "northern flank of NATO is more complete" as he holds a press conference with his Norwegian and Finnish counterparts in Troms, Norway.
