Russian forces blow up key bridge between Sievierodonetsk and Lysychansk

Amid street-to-street fighting, Russian bombardment had hit a chemical plant sheltering civilians in the key eastern city, causing a huge fire, regional governor Serhiy Haidai said in a video address on Sunday.
