A 64-year-old St. Louis woman went for a jog around her neighborhood, and ultimately collapsed on the sidewalk. Surveillance video later revealed a man pulled up in a van, got out, and approached the woman. But rather than being a Good Samaritan and helping the woman as she lay dying, he stole her phone and drove away. The unnamed woman later died in the hospital. According to Newser, authorities say Brian Davenport, 35, was arrested Monday and is charged with felony stealing.

A woman has been arrested almost four weeks after she jumped off of the San Francisco - Oakland Bay Bridge while trying to evade police. According to witnesses the woman, who was completely veiled, shouted "Allahu akbar" ("God is Greatest") and "made threats", the source said, adding that "police fired because they feared for their safety".
