The University of Queensland School of Biological Sciences announced a major new discovery. The world's biggest dinosaur footprint was discovered on a 15 mile stretch of the Dampier Peninsula coastline, dubbed 'Australia's Jurassic Park', on Monday. The footprint fossil assemblage contains 21 different types of dinosaur tracks, making it one of the most diverse in the world.
This fitness enthusiast is not your average senior citizen. Yang Maolin says that regular exercise is the secret to his age. How old is he exactly? Actually, he's 101 years old. Yang lived all his life in the countryside until he left three years ago after his wife died. He moved to China's Xi'an to live with his children, but never stopped exercising. The 101-year old has become very popular in his new home town, where many locals recognize him at Revolution Park. It seems like a no brainer to suggest that regular exercise is the secret to a long and healthy life.
Chinese grandmother Fu Suqing celebrated her 119th birthday on August 2 in Chengdu, in the Sichuan province of China. According to official documents, Fu Suqing was born in 1897, back when the emperor of the Qing Dynasty still ruled China. She's left behind quite a large legacy too - 68 people in her immediate family, including six children and a great-great-grandson, who was born just before her birthday.

India will overtake China as the world's most populous country this week, hitting almost 1.43 billion people, the United Nations says. "India is projected to overtake China as the world's most populous country during the current month - April of 2023," says John Wilmoth, Director, Population Division, UN Department of Economic and Social Affairs. "Projections indicate that the size of the Chinese population could drop below 1 billion before the end of the century.
