Polish Prime Minister Donal Tusk welcomes his Ukrainian counterpart Denis Shmygal in Warsaw for bilateral talks over farm imports. Polish farmers have been blocking border crossings with Ukraine since last month to protest at what they say is unfair competition from goods from the war-torn country. British Foreign Secretary David Cameron urges members of the US Congress to approve a Ukraine aid package. "We should be standing up for freedom, standing up for the right of this country to defend itself and making sure that Putin doesn't win," he says while on a visit to Bulgaria.
