Zelensky warns razed areas of Ukraine must be rebuilt 'from scratch'

Description

In his nightly address, Ukraine's president Volodymyr Zelensky looks ahead to a conference on Ukraine's reconstruction set to start Monday in Switzerland. Leaders from dozens of countries and international organisations will gather in the city of Lugano with the aim of providing a roadmap for the war-ravaged country's recovery. Zelensky says 10 regions of Ukraine have been affected in the war, with many towns and villages needing to be "rebuilt from scratch".
