Police reinforcements arrive in Guadeloupe to quell Covid-19 unrest

Elite police and counter-terrorism officers arrived on the French Caribbean island Guadeloupe on Sunday, local officials said, to help quell a week of unrest sparked by measures to curb Covid-19. Jan-Cédric Hansen, Vice President of Global Health Security Alliance, talks to FRANCE 24.
