I had doubts that I had covid-19. My first test was negative but my fever continued. I got tested again and it was positive. After that I isolated myself. Because my illness was getting worse, I was hospitalized. I was in intensive care for 21 days. I was close to intubation. I was treated with high pressure oxygen.(01: 19- 01:49): It was my psychological condition that affected me the most, more than my serious illness. My loved ones were always on my mind. Some days I even shed tears. After my illness I was diagnosed with PTSD.(01: 55- 02:39): I worry about my loved ones. Thanks to the support of my colleagues, I recovered my health and became even more committed to my profession. I decided to work harder for what I went through. ZUMRUYE OZCAN, INTENSIVE CARE NURSE:(03: 41-03: 50): My name is Zumruye Ozca. I am an intensive care nurse.(03: 50- 04'50): After I found out about my illness, I couldn't leave my job immediately, but I went home after the shift change. I immediately isolated myself from my husband. The process was very hard and I felt lonely most of the time. I took medicine for five days. After 15 days I was able to go back to my work.(04: 50-05'27): I started to get tired more quickly in my life after the illness. As you know, we work under heavy conditions here. Now I breathe harder. I was allergic and my allergy increased. I'm so scared to get sick again ... That's why I always take precautions.
