Viveiro, Oct 18 (EFE).- The works council of the Vestas wind turbine factory in Viveiro, Spain, called the workers on Monday to give a "warm welcome" to the three colleagues who had traveled to the headquarters of the multinational wind power company in Denmark to deliver a letter to the factory managers asking them not to close the factory.
