Malls reopen in Kuala Lumpur during phase 3 of the national recovery plan


Kuala Lumpur, Oct 17 (EFE / EPA) .- Crowds of people have returned to malls in Malaysia, a country that is in the third phase of its national recovery plan following a decrease in Covid-19 cases.
