Lors de sa première allocution devant les dirigeants des 193 pays de l'ONU à New York, Emmanuel Macron s'est adressé à Donald Trump sans le nommer : "Ce ne sont pas les murs qui nous protègent", a affirmé le président français lors de cette Assemblée générale de l'ONU.
