Was The Venezuela Helicopter Attack Simply A Ruse By Maduro?

Description

A stolen police helicopter strafed Venezuela's Supreme Court building and the Interior Ministry Wednesday. According to CNN, it dropped grenades and fired shots for more than an hour, then whirred away. The helicopter was piloted by Oscar Perez -- an officer in Venezuela's investigative police force. Near daily clashes between government forces and protesters have paralyzed the South American country. For months, President Nicolas Maduro has been saying that protesters are plotting a coup against his government. His power slipping, some are asking if the coup attempt was a stunt by Maduro and his supporters.
