Third 'John Wick' Movie Gets Release Date

According to Lionsgate, the third movie in Keanu Reeves' 'John Wick' franchise has been given a release date of May 17, 2019. The first film in the action series, which was made for just $20 million raked in $88.7 million worldwide leading to a sequel that brought in $171.5 million worldwide on a production budget of $40 million. In addition, both films have been met with glowing reviews from critics and audiences. Even though no director has been chosen yet for 'John Wick 3', the series' lead screenwriter Derek Kolstad has confirmed he will once again pen its script.
