Improvised Bomb Explodes On London Commuter Train Injuring 22

Description

On Friday, police have said that a home-made bomb has exploded on a rush-hour commuter train in London, injuring 22 people. The situation is being treated as the fifth terrorism attack in Britain this year. Passengers were headed into the capital, when suddenly fire engulfed a carriage at Parsons Green underground station in West London. The National Health Service said 22 people had been taken to London hospitals. Britain’s top counter-terrorism officer Mark Rowley told reporters said most of the injuries were "flash burns" from what is believed to be from "a detonation of an improvised explosive device."
