One of the biggest myths in Hollywood is that there are no great parts for women over 30. There are dozens of working actresses over 50 who would disagree with that myth. Just to name a few: Viola Davis is an accomplished SAG and Emmy winner. She stars in ABC’s hit series “How to Get Away with Murder” and 2016’s “Suicide Squad.” Robin Wright is a Golden Globe-winning actress, Wright plays Claire Underwood in Netflix’s “House of Cards." She also appears in 2017’s “Wonder Woman” and the long-awaited “Blade Runner” sequel. Diane Lane is an Oscar nominee. She has been busy voicing the mother in Pixar’s “Inside Out,” playing Cleo Trumbo in “Trumbo,” and Martha Kent in 2013’s “Man of Steel” and 2016’s “Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice.”
