Google still lacking in diversity department

Description

Although Google may be one of the most sought after tech companies to work for, reports say that it's still failing when it comes to diversity. According to Business Insider, "Men hold 75% of Google's leadership roles," and it's run by 68% white people. Their total black and hispanic employees make up just 6% combined. A Guardian report says that in 2016 they increased their percentage of Black, Hispanic and female leaders and employees by a mere 1%.
