A less expensive and more portable version of the Surface Pro 4 is finally here. At Mobile World Congress, Alcatel unveiled the Plus 10, its first 2-in-1 Windows 10 tablet, with a 10-inch screen and keyboard dock for productivity. The Plus 10 has 2GB of RAM and a 1.92 GHz Intel processor. The screen isn't going to compete with the Retina displays of the world because it is only 1,280 x 800. There are two front-facing speakers flanking the screen. Alcatel didn't announce pricing for the Plus 10. It'll be released in Europe, Latin America, the Middle East and Africa this June. There's no word on if it'll ever come to the U.S.
